It’s sounds simple and it is. The rate you’re quoted at move in will be good for a full year. After that, you won’t be given more than one rate increase for any 12-month period going forward.

The one little disclaimer is this: we’ll occasionally offer discounts from the quoted rate for a month or two, typically applied at move in. This reduced price is a discount from the quoted rate, and won’t be applicable to the One Year Price Rate Guarantee.
